5th English Ivy Removal Event at Broadneck Park

Anne Arundel Weed Resistance and Save Our Trees will be hosting the 5th Weed Removal event at Broadneck Park (613 College Parkway Annapolis, MD) – The area of focus for this event will be invasive vine removal from the trees near the dog park. Park near the dog park or one of the playing field parking areas.
Saturday, 9/30/2023 9:45am – 12pm.
All levels of volunteers are welcome from novices to experienced to experts. Novices will be taught to identify and remove invasive vines.
Wear gardening gloves, long sleeved shirts, pants (shorts are discouraged) and sturdy shoes/ boots. Bring water, sunblock and bug/tick spray. Snipers, clippers, gloves, goggles and handsaws will be provided.
